About ScheduleSquared
ScheduleSquared finds a time that works for a group. One person picks the days and shares a link; everyone else marks when they’re free; the overlap shows up as a heatmap with the best times on top. Nobody needs an account.
How it’s built
- Small and quick. Pages are drawn on the server, and anything heavy – reading a calendar screenshot, planning groups – loads only when someone uses it.
- Your calendar stays with you. Screenshots, PDFs and .ics files are read in your browser, with text recognition and a solver that run on your device. See Privacy.
- Made for thumbs and keyboards. The grid works with touch, a mouse, a keyboard and screen readers. See Accessibility.
Who makes it
